| 22.1 | The Contract and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by the laws of Ireland. | |
| 22.2 | The courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Contract (including in relation to any non-contractual obligations). |
